Booking

Book online or through myself via phone, email, or text. Each new guest inquiry will go through a pre-consultation screening. This will require you to email or text me pictures of your current hair and your goal hair photo, so I can assess and determine which services will get you closest to your dream hair.

All new clients will be required to either place a card on file or place a deposit.

Cancellation & Salon Policies

Your appointments are very important to me - they are reserved specially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request 48-hours’ MINIMUM notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another valued client. Our time is important to us, we value your time, and we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. All appointments are confirmed via text message 48 hours in advance. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you do not give enough notice, and I will ask for a credit card to have on file for this circumstance.

Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

"No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
