Hey, I’m Ashton! I’ve been behind the chair for 10 years and I’m a true lover of all things hair. I have a serious soft spot for color, good transformations, and that “wait… this is actually MY hair?!” feeling.
My chair is your second home—come comfy, come as you are, and stay awhile. We’ll talk, laugh, catch up on life, and of course, make your hair look really freaking good.

With 15 years of experience in the hair industry, I use advanced techniques to ensure every client with soft, dimensional color and healthy hair. I believe in building meaningful connections, making guests feel seen and valued while providing luxury services.

Hi! I’m Sydney. I specialize in custom color and luxury hair extensions, creating seamless, dimensional results tailored to each guest. Whether you’re looking for brighter color, richer dimension, added length, or more fullness, my goal is to give you beautiful hair while always prioritizing its health and integrity.
Originally from Southern California, I attended cosmetology school in Dallas, Texas, before making Utah home. What I love most about this industry is the creativity it allows and the genuine connections I get to build with the people in my chair.

Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my husband and our dog, catching up with family and friends, working out, or taking on a new DIY project. My goal is for every appointment to feel comfortable and personal, creating a space where you can be yourself and leave feeling even better than when you came in.

I’ve always loved the way hair can completely change how a person feels about themselves. For me, doing hair is so much more than creating a beautiful color or style—it’s about creating an experience where someone can slow down, feel cared for, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves. I’m especially drawn to blonding, dimensional color, extensions, and transformations because I love the artistry and detail that goes into creating a look that feels uniquely you. I’m constantly inspired by new techniques, textures, and trends, but my favorite part will always be the connection I build with my clients and the confidence they walk out the door with. Hair is my creative outlet, but making people feel beautiful, confident, and genuinely cared for is what makes me love what I do.

I feel incredibly lucky to have built a career around creativity and connection, and I’m so grateful for the relationships I’ve built along the way that continue to make this career so meaningful.

Hi, I’m Taylor, a Salt Lake City-based hair colorist and extensions specialist known for creating effortless, dimensional hair with a luxe, lived-in feel. I specialize in custom blondes, dimensional color, and seamless extensions designed to look beautiful not only when you leave the salon, but as they grow out. My goal is to create effortless, elevated hair that fits perfectly into your lifestyle. 
My chair is more than just a place to get your hair done. I want it to feel like catching up with your favorite girl—with good conversation, good energy, and a little time to yourself. I’m big on getting to know my clients, understanding their lifestyle and hair goals, and creating a look that makes them feel confident long after they leave my chair.

Jessie has been behind the chair since 2012, specializing in lived-in color, blonding, and low-maintenance hair that feels effortless, wearable, and uniquely you. The places she’s called home—Utah, California, Chile, and Mexico—have shaped her love of sun-kissed color, natural texture, and an unfussy approach to beauty. With color that grows out softly and cuts that move naturally, every look is designed for a life well lived: more time living, less time styling.
Her approach is relaxed, collaborative, and grounded in making sure every client feels comfortable, understood, and confident when they leave her chair. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find Jessie exploring the mountains, planning her next surf trip, or spending time with her dog, Naya.

Lindsay Lane

With more than 25 years of experience, Lindsay Lane is a master colorist, educator, and extension specialist whose artistry has been celebrated from New York Fashion Week to the cover of Modern Salon magazine. Since 1998, hair has been more than a career for Lindsay—it has been her passion, creative outlet, and a meaningful way to connect with others. She specializes in luxury color techniques, haircutting, and extensions and has served as a Master Colorist, Educator, and Global Ambassador for Alfaparf Milano, sharing her expertise at hair shows throughout the United States and Europe.

While Lindsay loves the artistry and transformation of hair, the relationships she builds are what mean the most to her. She treasures the friendships and sense of community that have grown throughout her career.

Hi, I’m Hallie! I’ve been in the hair industry for about 5 years. I started as an assistant to another hairstylist, which allowed me to expand my knowledge after hair school. About 2 years ago I started working here at Soul and it has been a dream! You’ll feel it as soon as you walk in the door that this is a special place! 

I grew up loving trying new things with my hair and once I realized I could make a career out of doing that for other people I knew that would be my passion. I seriously love all things hair - cuts, colors and styling - but my true loves are dimensional colors, reds/coppers, and bridal styling! My number one goal is to always make you feel confident and beautiful with your hair! I hope to see you in my chair soon!

I love creating personalized looks that fit each client’s lifestyle, aesthetic, and goals, while making their time in my chair something they genuinely look forward to.

Outside the salon, you’ll find me traveling, soaking up the sun, staying active, spending time with family and friends, finding new hobbies, or with my dog.

When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me at the gym, baking something, or spending time on the golf course. I love building genuine relationships with my clients and creating a fun, comfortable space where you can relax, feel taken care of, and leave feeling amazing.
